Why I Choose to Serve.
I have always enjoyed helping others, as cliche as that may sound.
Starting out in my sport leagues, school and in my church, I would volunteer doing different things such as collecting food for the homeless, raising money for charities or just spending time in care facilities assisting seniors and playing with children.
What I truly enjoyed about those opportunities was how it made me feel to motivate, inspire, and just put a smile on someone else's face.
From that initial interest blossomed a new spark that I am on a journey to brighten. I am on a journey of building, bridging and shaping communities, one mind at a time.
So really... service chose me.
They say when you find something you love, you never work a day in your life.
I agree with that.
When you uncover how uniquely your strengths, talents, and passions positively
impact others, you find your purpose. Then the journey
to your destination begins.
I am living that.
